Project Description: Trine Builders is completing the Courtyard Renovation at the House of Blues in New Orleans’ historic French Quarter. The project includes improvements to the existing exterior courtyard area, with a focus on enhancing drainage, replacing paving, improving overall functionality, and refreshing one of the venue’s most recognizable outdoor spaces. Work is being carefully coordinated within an active entertainment venue and dense French Quarter setting, requiring detailed planning for access, logistics, safety, and schedule coordination. Once complete, the renovated courtyard will provide an improved guest experience while supporting the continued operation of this iconic New Orleans music and event destination.
