Located in the Hancock Whitney Building in downtown New Orleans, this 5th Floor office renovation involved the complete transformation of an existing workspace into a modernized, efficient interior environment. The scope of work included selective demolition, new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, updated flooring and interior finishes throughout, modifications to the existing sprinkler system to align with the new layout, and installation of new modular interior walls. The finished space delivers a clean, functional office setting designed to support the client’s evolving needs.
