Project Description - Trine Builders is proud to begin work on the historic renovation of a two-story mixed-use building originally constructed in 1909. This project will feature a full restoration of the building’s exterior, including the repair of original wood windows and the fabrication of new custom wood storefront systems, preserving the architectural character and integrity of the structure. The scope also includes a complete interior gut and white box buildout of the first floor in preparation for a future restaurant tenant. On the second floor, Trine will renovate two existing residential units, bringing them up to modern standards while maintaining their historic charm.  As a contributing property within a historic district, this project is being approached with care, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for the building’s legacy.
