As Project Manager, Eric oversees every stage of a project’s life cycle — from planning and budgeting through execution and delivery — while also supporting the leadership team in driving the company’s overall success. He focuses on building trusted partnerships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring every project achieves its goals and exceeds expectations.

A Baton Rouge native, Eric moved to New Orleans in 2018 after earning his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Louisiana State University. With a background spanning healthcare, education, entertainment, and historic renovations, he is recognized for leading projects in dynamic environments, consistently aligning execution with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Outside of work, Eric and his wife, Victoria, enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors — from the Colorado mountains and Caribbean islands to Portugal and Louisiana’s inshore and offshore fisheries. They recently welcomed their first child, adding a new adventure to the mix.
