Project Description:  Trine Builders is completing the interior buildout of 4201 Tulane Avenue in New Orleans, converting an existing historical commercial building into a flexible mixed-use space designed for light manufacturing, creative studios, and tenant operations. The project includes selective demolition, new interior construction, new mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, life safety upgrades, interior storefront improvements, new finishes, support spaces throughout the building and new landscaping and exterior improvements. The first floor will support light manufacturing and lobby functions, while the second floor will feature a series of individual artist studios. The work is being completed with careful coordination of phasing, access, and existing building conditions to create a functional, modern space in an iconic Mid-City Building along the Tulane Avenue corridor.
